Supplier Code of Conduct

At VDMIL Group, we expect our suppliers to uphold the principles outlined in our Supplier Code of Conduct. This code establishes our commitments to human rights, fair working conditions, environmental responsibility, anti-bribery and corruption measures, and fair competition. Additionally, it mandates that suppliers identify and mitigate climate-related risks in their operations.

Supplier Risk Management

At VDMIL Group, we have adopted a comprehensive supply chain sustainability risk management system to enhance transparency and accountability. Our approach includes ongoing supplier risk monitoring, structured risk assessments with clear action plans and tracking, and detailed sustainability self-assessments for our suppliers.

To further mitigate risks, we conduct onsite supplier audits, both as proactive spot checks and in response to specific concerns. These audits help us gain deeper insights into potential risks while fostering collaboration with vendors to improve their performance.

Our primary objective is to enhance supply chain resilience by empowering suppliers to strengthen their operations, rather than severing business relationships.
