Business Ethics

Our values and principles form the foundation for how we do business as well as for how we interact with each other and the people we do business with. Our VDMIL Group Code of Conduct defines clear standards for how we behave as individual employees and as a company. All our employees are required to adhere to our Code of Conduct and regularly receive trainings to learn about it.

As a committed supporter of the UN Global Compact, we uphold its 10 principles.
We have also identified the most relevant Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Compliance

Compliance is a vital component of our risk management framework and an integral part of VDMIL Group’s operations. Our advanced Compliance Management System focuses on key areas such as antitrust regulations, corruption prevention, anti-money laundering, foreign trade controls, and data protection.
