Fairness & Respect

VDMIL Group signed a Global Framework Agreement (GFA) with the Group Works Council and the global trade union IndustriALL. This agreement plays a crucial role in upholding human and employee rights worldwide. It safeguards workers' interests across all company operations and establishes clear standards for trade union rights, workplace health and safety, environmental responsibility, and quality of work principles.

A significant portion of our workforce operates in environments certified under ISO 45001 and/or OHSAS 18001, demonstrating our adherence to international occupational health and safety management systems.
